- Return Shipping: Customer responsible (except for defective items)

- Non-Returnable Items: Candles, FAUX FLORAL arrangements, and certain home decor items

Step-by-Step Return Process

Within 15 days of receiving your order, fill out our Returns & Exchanges Form (template below) and email it to [email protected] with your order number in the subject line.
Step 2: Package Your Items
Carefully pack all items in their original condition with tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive your return. If the exchange item has a different price, we’ll process a partial refund or charge the difference accordingly.
Important Notes
- Items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on CANDLES or FAUX FLORAL arrangements
- Final sale items from our Featured Collections are non-returnable
- Personalized JEWELRY and custom HOME DECOR items cannot be returned
- Please allow additional processing time during holiday seasons
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued in US dollars, and any currency conversion fees are not refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
